Internship Program Summer 2026
Paulson Puerto Rico’s 2026 Summer Internship Program is a six-week strategic immersion experience designed for high-performing undergraduate and graduate students seeking hands-on exposure to real corporate planning and applied economic analysis. This edition goes beyond a traditional internship by placing participants directly within an active corporate environment, working alongside senior leadership and external experts on a project that reflects the scale, complexity, and multi-portfolio operations of Paulson Puerto Rico. The 2026 program is centered on the development of a corporate master planning framework paired with an economic impact assessment of the company’s operations across hospitality, automotive, real estate, development, and offices. Interns will operate under a consulting-style model, engaging in data analysis, strategic mapping, operational review, and scenario development. The program follows professional governance protocols, confidentiality standards, and performance-driven timelines, and includes collaboration with an external economist to ensure analytical rigor. The experience concludes with a final executive-level presentation to Paulson Puerto Rico leadership.
