La Concha Resort officially became the first Autograph Collection hotel in Puerto Rico during a remarkable ribbon-cutting ceremony held on July 2, 2025. Following a sweeping $80.2 million renovation, La Concha, one of Condado’s most recognized landmarks, proudly enters a new era as part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection, a portfolio of over 330 distinctive properties around the world. This milestone marks the completion of extensive enhancements across the hotel, including the launch of new restaurants, a full redesign of the Suite Tower, and the introduction of new guest experiences.

- The opening of Levant by Chef Michael White, a Mediterranean concept by the Michelin-starred chef
- The debut of Elemara Spa & Salon, inspired by natural elements to rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit
- A complete transformation of the Suite Tower, featuring 238 spacious suites with marble bathrooms, separate living and sleeping areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private balconies
