With an impressive background and a commitment to excellence, Rafael Cedeño Paulson brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. Cedeño’s educational background includes graduating from two Ivy League schools, Cornell University and Harvard University. At Cornell, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Applied Economics, achieving a 4.0 GPA. At Harvard, Mr. Cedeño obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering and Mathematics) academic track.

Cedeño’s professional journey throughout his professional experiences, Cedeño specialized in two areas: (a) private equity investments, in which as a principal, he invested a Goldman Sachs fund that manages over $5 billion dollars; and (b) mergers & acquisitions, in which as an agent, he advised on various transactions worth billions of dollars, including the €2.5 billion acquisition of NH Hotels by Minor International.

Cedeño is also an alumnus of SEO Career and has completed various FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) licenses including Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative), Series 63 (Securities Agent) and Series 7 (General Securities Representative).

Prior to Paulson, Cedeño worked for various of the best and most reputable investment banks in Wall Street, including Evercore, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, and for private firms such as Cargill.
