Paulson Puerto Rico is proud to announce the launch of the third edition of its internship program, welcoming six talented students from top universities in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Over six weeks, these students will work on a transformative project, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the company’s growth.
Rolando Padua, President of Paulson Puerto Rico, highlighted the program’s expansion and its role in fostering the next generation of professionals. This year, two students from the Kinesis Foundation will also join, reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting talented youth.
The interns, representing prestigious institutions like USC, George Washington University, and the University of Pennsylvania, will gain exposure across Paulson Puerto Rico’s diverse portfolios, including hospitality, real estate, automotive, and office management. They will work closely with senior leaders and present their findings to the executive team at the program’s conclusion, directly contributing to the company’s success.

The construction of Vanderbilt Residences will progress in 2024, with half of its units already sold.
Starting in January 2024, construction of the Vanderbilt Residences condohotel in Condado will advance, with the goal of reaching the top of the 250-foot structure by the end of the year. The 22-story tower will consist of 66 units and represents a $184 million investment, contributing to nearly $500 million in new construction in the area. Rolando Padua, president of Paulson Puerto Rico, aims to build two floors each month in 2024 and highlights the high demand for these luxury properties, with prices ranging from $3.9 million to $12.9 million.
