Awarded five Michelin stars and a James Beard Award, Chef Michael White is renowned for redefining Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. His exceptional menu pays tribute to the Mediterranean coastline, blending the most distinctive flavors and ingredients from many of its 23 countries, including Turkey, Morocco, and Spain. Inspired by the Levant winds that sweep across the Mediterranean Sea, the menu celebrates the culinary traditions of the fishermen, traders, and adventurers who have shaped the region’s rich gastronomy. With breathtaking ocean views, dining at the Levant by Michael White evokes the sensation of floating over the water. This experience is enriched by an outstanding menu featuring appetizers such as lobster burrata, fritto misto, and fattoush, along with a selection of crudos and a variety of starters. The main courses highlight Chef White’s expertise in Italian cuisine, showcasing his refined interpretation of pasta dishes. The menu also features premium proteins, including shrimp, rack of lamb, and fresh seafood.
